Flexible Operation: Copy Template or Manual Stops

The machine offers two operating modes for maximum flexibility: Use the copy unit with a template to precisely replicate complex and recurring milling patterns. For simple or custom milling tasks, you can also operate independently of the template and use the included profile stops (profile gauges) for quick positioning.

The EVOCOPY100 comes standard with a 5 mm router bit and two profile stops. To perfectly tailor the machine to your needs, a sturdy stand (Evo - II), a roller conveyor for long profiles, special copy templates, and an oil cooling system for the demanding processing of aluminum profiles are available as options.
