The Hydraulic Mandrel-Free Tube Bending Machine EVO SPB 60 is the ideal solution for precise and material-friendly bending of tubes, profiles, and bars made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium – completely without a mandrel.
It is perfect for use in metal construction, railing manufacturing, pipeline construction, vehicle manufacturing, and industrial production, offering maximum flexibility for both mass production and custom projects.

With its mandrel-free bending process, the machine can easily handle tube diameters up to Ø 60 mm and wall thicknesses up to 4 mm. The minimum bending radius is three times the tube diameter (depending on material and wall thickness), ensuring accurate bends without internal support.
