Vertical Glass Washing Machine

The vertical glass washing machine from Evomatec for the glass industry is manufactured with the highest quality steel standart in the world.
The washing cabine is manufactured with stainless steel and has 4 balanced roller brushes to clean glasses with different sizes and thickness.
The wiper rubbers and brushes between the working section are available for an movement without any vibration. The stepless movement of the glass on our vertical glass washing machine is possible for slow or fast movement with an easy adjustable control panel. The washing process is happen with hot water and the drying process is made with hot air. Automatic water adding is possible with an float valve system. Water compartments corresponding to each washing division in the water tank is available.
An special electrostatic powder coating system is available against iron oxide. The machine is manufactured with an electrical system compliant with general safty rule.
