Toolmakers are brave people and they are not afraid of anything. Some of them achieved success only with micrometres and a file. To conquer the world they faced many obstacles. The engineers and quality inspectors never made toolmakers' life easier.
Grumpy manufacturing experts are afraid of only hard-to-machine materials. Cutting aggressive metals like stainless steel is big trouble for toolmakers, whereas Hastelloy and Inconel are used for machine cutting, and dulling drills. Therefore, toolmakers prefer manufacturing cutting machines for aluminium.
Locksmiths prefer to process aluminium due to its properties like being lightweight, clean and straightforward to machine. In comparison with other materials, aluminium alloys are unrestricted in dimensions, and free of mud and grease due to the cleaner procedures in aluminium production. Aluminium is really easy to operate because its density is very low in comparison with other materials that are used for manufacturing. Aluminium has plastic characteristics and this behaviour simplifies the production and machining.  
One can ask, “What is the top speed of processing aluminium?” It won’t be a lie if I say that the speed of processing aluminium only depends on the speed of the processing machine, where aluminium and its characteristics won’t make any trouble that will slow down the processing speed. You can cut with aluminium using different parameters because it is merciful material. Aluminium is the best material for educational purposes. Students can easily test new CNC programs using aluminium to create new machine tools.
