How to manufacture uPVC windows and doors

Today I am going to discuss briefly the topic that I believe all of you are interested in. We are all curious about how windows and doors are manufactured. I will try to explain shortly the major stages of windows and doors production. At first sight, it could be seen as a very hard and complex process; however, with the knowledge that you will gain by the end of this article, it would be straightforward with the right tools. 
Before selecting machines for uPVC windows and doors production, is to choose the profile of your windows and doors. The profile is the cross-sectional shape of the frame. If you don’t have a profile, you will need to find a free profile or buy a profile. Another option is to ask an engineer to create a new profile in a way you desire by describing the profile or drawing it by hand. In this article, I am not going to discuss how the profiles are created because this topic will take long pages and is out of scope.
For uPVC windows and doors production we need to choose a cutting machine, copy router machine, end milling machine, corner crimping machine (optional), welding machine, and corner and surface cleaning machine (optional).
