The fourth step of machine selection is to choose the welding machine according to desired production rate. I will consider production per shift, as the number of windows or doors produced per eight hours. In order to choose the right welding machine, you will need to consider production rate, profile details, welding angles, maximum welding length, minimum welding length, maximum profile width, maximum profile height, air pressure, air consumption, welding type, ability to clean the heater plates, practical welding fixture changing system, operation control type, distribution of heat, motion and fixation ability of head, number of heads, control system type, welding according to profile colour, heating and welding time.
