The third step of machine selection is to choose the end milling machine according to desired production rate. I will consider production per shift, as the number of windows or doors produced per eight hours. To choose the right end milling machine, you will need to consider production rate, profile details, number of transform profiles processed, angles and depth of routing, spindle speed, maximum cutter diameter, routing height, routing depth, profile width, profile height, air pressure, and necessity in one, two or more cutters, automatic feed of the milling unit, vertical pneumatic profile clamping system.
